What is covered under Naxa Electronics' standard product warranty?
Naxa Electronics Inc. warrants all consumer electronic products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and quality workmanship under normal residential or commercial usage for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.
During the valid warranty period, Naxa will, at its option, repair the product or replace it with a new or factory-refurbished unit of equal value at no additional charge for hardware labor or parts.
What situations or items are excluded from warranty coverage?
The standard warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, external wire antennas, AC electrical cords, external cabinets, headphone ear-pads, or damage caused by power supply line surges. Additional exclusions include:
- Connection to incorrect voltage supply or inappropriate power adapters
- Misuse, accidental drops, physical neglect, liquid ingress, or environmental exposure
- Unauthorized repair attempts, circuit modifications, or disassembly by non-authorized technicians
- Damage resulting from natural disasters or acts of God
What documentation is required to initiate a warranty return or replacement?
To process a warranty service request, products must be safely packaged and shipped prepaid to the Naxa Electronics RMA Department. Submissions must include:
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original commercial invoice or retail receipt indicating a valid purchase date within the warranty timeframe.
- Original Accessories: All cables, remote controls, and power supplies originally included in the packaging.
- Return Contact & Shipping Details: Sender's full corporate name, verifiable physical address (no PO Boxes), phone number, and detailed explanation of the reported issue.
What should I do if a shipment arrives with missing accessories or damaged packaging?
All factory-fresh Naxa products are sealed in original protective packaging prior to dispatch. If product packaging arrives unsealed, damaged, or incomplete upon delivery, please document the carton condition immediately with photos and contact your logistics courier or retail vendor to report shipping damage prior to product deployment.
